Liaison Grace Reeder

Grace Reeder is one of two Ward 2 liaisons with the Mayor’s Office of Community Relations and Services (MOCRS). She joined MOCRS in late December 2022 after working on several advocacy campaigns here in DC. She graduated from Whittier College in 2019 with a BA in political science.

As our Ward 2 Liaison, Grace seeks to be as visible, responsive, and proactive as possible, with the overall aim of being transparent and accountable. Please feel free to reach out to her with any and all community-related issues at

Grace covers ANCs 2E, 2F, and 2G of Ward 2 (Georgetown, Burleith, Hillandale, Logan Circle, Thomas Circle, Old City, Blagden Alley, Franklin Square, Shaw, Mount Vernon Triangle.)

Christopher Powell, her Ward 2 counterpart, covers ANC 2A, 2B, 2C, and 2D (West End, Foggy Bottom, GW, Downtown, Dupont Circle, Strivers’ Section, Chinatown, Penn Quarter, Kalorama Heights).
